  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup (80 g) granulated sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. If the dough is too wet, sprinkle in more flour until the desired consistency is reached.
  7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
