Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup blood orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice (100% juice or lightly sweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (fresh)
  • 2 teaspoons jalapeño slices (seeded for mild heat)
  • 68 fresh mint leaves
  • 12 teaspoons honey or agave (optional)
  • Sparkling water or club soda, to top
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnishes: blood orange slices, mint sprigs, cranberries, and jalapeño rounds

Instructions

  1. In a sturdy glass, muddle mint leaves, jalapeño slices, and honey (if using) gently to release aroma without bruising the mint.

  3. Add ice cubes to the glass or pitcher for a chilled base.
  4. Slowly pour sparkling water or club soda until the glass is full.
