- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or poached)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce until evenly coated.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle about 1/2 cup shredded cheese over the entire tortilla.
