- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped
- Olive oil spray
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) fan-forced.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the flatbreads on it.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
