8 graham crackers, broken in half
4 milk chocolate bars (Hershey’s or similar)
8 large marshmallows
1 tablespoon butter (optional, for greasing)
Optional toppings: caramel drizzle, peanut butter, or crushed pretzels
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with butter if desired.
Arrange graham cracker halves on the baking sheet. Place a piece of chocolate on each cracker.
Bake for 3–5 minutes, or until the chocolate starts to soften.
Remove from oven and top each cracker with a marshmallow.
Switch oven to broil mode. Broil for 1–2 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown—watch closely to prevent burning.
Remove from oven and top each s’more with another graham cracker half, gently pressing down.
Let cool for about 1 minute before serving. Enjoy warm!
