4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place cod fillets in a lightly greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
