  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. Whisk the dry ingredients until well blended.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and beaten egg until smooth.
