1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg

1/4 cup granulated sugar, for topping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, softened butter, and 1 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the pretzel pieces and chopped peanuts.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
