  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 6 cups cornflakes

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and peanut butter.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture just begins to bubble.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Add cornflakes and mix quickly until evenly coated.
  5. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop the mixture onto parchment paper.
  6. Let cool for 20–30 minutes until firm and set.
