Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Create a well in the center and add cottage cheese; mix to form a chunky dough.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 1-2 minutes until semi-smooth.
  4. Divide into 4 sections, shape into 6-7 inch logs, and connect ends to form bagels.
