  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko or Regular)
  • Cooking Spray, as needed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Add chicken tenders to the bowl and coat them evenly with the honey garlic mixture.
  3. Spread the breadcrumbs on a separate plate and dredge each tender in the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
  5. Arrange the breaded chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
