Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and toss gently to coat.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes and spray the basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place the battered florets in a single layer in the air fryer, making sure not to overcrowd.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  7. While the cauliflower is cooking, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter in a small bowl.
  8. Once done, toss the cauliflower in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated and serve immediately with dipping sauce and celery sticks.
